I f returned, the Date applies to ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMDateTo is known) should not be after the Learning planned end date of the aim

(error where LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMDateTo > LearningDelivery.LearnPlanEndDate )

Exclusions

This is not triggered by - Apprenticeship Contract Type records where the Achievement Date has been returned on the programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1 and LearnDelFAMType = ACT and there is a record of LearningDelivery.AchDate )
