Intent

This rule ensures that the component aims are not left open when the programme aim is closed, this is not triggered for English and Maths aims

Guidance

Check that the actual end date has not been added in error on the component aims, if the learner has completed the actual end date will need to be added onto the programme aim ensuring it is not left open. This does not trigger on English and Maths aims..

A learner must not have open component aims where the corresponding programme aim has been closed

A learner must not have open component aims where the corresponding programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1) has been closed ( LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate is known)

(error where there is a component aim ( LearningDelivery.AimTyp e = 3) where LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate is unknown or null, with the same combination of ( LearningDelivery.ProgType and LearningDelivery.StdCode )
Exclusions

(This rule is not triggered for English and maths component aims (
AimType = 3 and (LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef, and LARS_BasicSkillsType = 01, 11, 13, 20, 23, 24, 29, 31, 02, 12, 14, 19, 21, 25, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35)
