The Learning actual end date for the latest programme aim must not be before the Learning actual end date of the latest component aim (not including English and maths)

Intent

This rule ensures that the programme aim is not closed with an actual end date if one of the component aims are still open, this does not include English and Maths.

Guidance

Check that the actual end date has not been added in error on the Programme aim, if the learner has completed the actual end date will need to be added onto the programme aim that matches the latest component.

Where the Learning actual end date has been returned for the programme aim, it must not be before the Learning actual end date of the latest aim within that programme.

Detailed description

Where the Learning actual end date has been returned ( LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate is known) for the programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), it must not be before the Learning actual end date of the latest aim within that programme.

(error where the latest programme aim LearnActEndDate is < latest component LearnActEndDate (AimType = 3)
with the same combination of ProgType and StdCode (where applicable))

(This rule is not triggered for English and maths component aims (
AimType = 3, and (LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef, and LARS_BasicSkillsType = 01, 11, 13, 20, 23, 24, 29, 31, 02, 12, 14, 19, 21, 25, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35)
