This rule ensures that a none funded programme does not have a funded component aim added to the programme

Guidance

Remove any funded component aims from the none funded programme, if the learner has changed to none funded due to any circumstances all component aims need to be changed to none funded

An open non-funded programme aim ), must not have a funded component aim with the same combination of Programme type and Standard code

An open ( LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate = unknown), non-funded ( LearningDelivery.FundMode l = 99), programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), must not have a funded component aim with the same combination of Programme type and Standard code.

(error where there is a matching (same combination of LearningDelivery.ProgType and LearningDelivery.StdCode (where applicable)), funded component aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 3 and LearningDelivery.FundModel <> 99))
