Guidance	Remove any funded component aims from the none funded programme, if the learner has changed to none funded due to any circumstances all component aims need to be changed to none funded
Description	An open non-funded programme aim ), must not have a funded component aim with the same combination of Programme type and Standard code

Detailed error condition
Detailed description	An open ( LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate = unknown), non-funded ( LearningDelivery.FundMode l = 99), programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), must not have a funded component aim with the same combination of Programme type and Standard code. (error where there is a matching (same combination of LearningDelivery.ProgType and LearningDelivery.StdCode (where applicable)), funded component aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 3 and LearningDelivery.FundModel <> 99))
