Intent

This rule ensures that the programme structure is recorded correctly and that it has been recorded with a programme aim and associated components

Guidance

Check the ILR data has been recorded correctly and that the programme aim is recorded, if the learner is not on a programme then this must be recorded as aim type 4

Description

If there is an open programme aim, there must be an associated component aim

Detailed description

If there is an open programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1 and LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate = unknown), there must be an associated component aim

(error where there is no component aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1) with the same combination of ( LearningDelivery.ProgType and LearningDelivery.StdCode )
