Guidance	Check the learning aim which has been recorded is not another competency learning aim, only one must be recorded per framework
Description	For an apprenticeship frameworks there cannot be more than one occurrence of a competency aim and they must not overlap

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	For an apprenticeship (DD07 = Y) component aim LearningDelivery.AimType = 3), if there is more than one occurance of a competency aim (LARS_FrameworkAims.LARS_FrameworkComponentType = 1 or 3, where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef) they must not overlap (error where there are overlapping competency aims based upon LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate and LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate) (This rule is not triggered by aprenticeship standards ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25))
Exclusions	This rule is not triggered by apprenticeship standards
