Description	For aims starting on or after 1 August 2025 apprenticeship learners who are 16 and over must have a duration of over 242 days between the learners start and actual end date

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	For aims starting on or after 1 August 2025 (L earningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2025-08-01), that are an apprenticeship standard ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 36 and LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25 ), and a programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1) and the learner has completed all learning activities ( LearningDelivery.CompStatus = 2), then the duration of the apprenticeship must not be less than 242 days (error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate < 242 days)
Exclusions	This rule is not not triggered by aims that are a restart ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = RES)
