Guidance	Ensure that, for learners who started a funding model FM = 81 or 36 apprenticeship on or after 1 August 2016, where the learner has completed all learning activities, the minimum actual programme duration is 365 days or more
Description	For aims starting on or after 1 August 2016, that are apprenticeships where FM = 81 or 36 and a programme aim, and the learner has completed all learning activities, then the actual duration of the apprenticeship programme must not be less than 365 days

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	For aims starting on or after 1 August 2016 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2016-08-01) and on or prior to 31 July 2025 (LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate <= 2025-07-31, that are an apprenticeship standard ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 81 or 36 and LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25), and a programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), and the learner has completed all learning activities ( LearningDelivery.CompStatus = 2), then the minimum duration of the apprenticeship must not be less than 365 days (error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate < 365 days)
Exclusions	This rule is not not triggered by aims that are a restart ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = RES)
