Guidance	Ensure that, for learners who started a funding model FM = 35 or 81 apprenticeship, where the learner was under 19 at the start, the minimum actual programme duration is 365 days or more
Description	For aims that are an apprenticeship, where the funding model is FM = 35 or 81, and a programme aim, and if the learner is under 19, and the outcome is achieved, then the minimum duration of the apprenticeship must not be less than 365 days

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	For aims that are an apprenticeship ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35 or 81 and DD07 = Y), and a programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), and if the learner is under 19 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - Learner.DateOfBirth < 19 year), and the outcome is achieved ( LearningDelivery.Outcome = 1), then the minimum duration of the apprenticeship must not be less than 365 days (error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate < 365 days)
Exclusions	This rule is not not triggered by aims that are a restart ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = RES) or part of an apprenticeship standard ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25)
