To ensure that, where a Learning actual end date is returned, the correct Completion status code is used

Guidance

Ensure that, where a Learning actual end date is returned, the Completion status is not code 1 (the learner is continuing or intending to continue the learning activities leading to the learning aim)

Description

If the Learning actual end date is returned, then the Completion status must not be 'the learner is continuing or intending to continue the learning activities leading to the learning aim'

If the Learning actual end date is returned ( LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate is known), then the Completion status must not be 'the learner is continuing or intending to continue the learning activities leading to the learning aim'

(error where LearningDelivery.CompStatus = 1)

Exclusions

This rule is not triggered by apprenticeship standard programmes ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1 and LearningDelivery.FundModel = 36 or 99 and LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25)
