Guidance	To clear this error the technical qualification aim needs to be recorded as AimType 5
Description	If a T Level technical qualification has been returned in an open T level programme, it must be Aimtype 5

Detailed error condition

Detailed description

If a T Level technical qualification has been returned (LARS_LearnAimRefType = 1468), in an open T level programme ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 31 and LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate is not returned) then it must be the Core aim. (error where LearningDelivery.ProgType = 31 and LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate is not returned or NULL and LearningDelivery.LearningAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef and LARS_LearnAimRefType = 1468 and the LearningDelivery.AimType <> 5)
