This rule ensures there is no duplication of Learning Support funding or Advanced learner loans bursary funding

Guidance

Check that there are no duplicate records of Learning support funding or advanced learner loans bursary recorded for the learner with the same dates in the ILR.

Description

A learning aim must not have Learning Delivery FAM records with overlapping dates of certain Learning Delivery FAM types (Learning Support Funding (LSF) or Advanced Learner Loans Bursary (ALB)). Each type is treated separately.

A learning aim must not have Learning Delivery FAM records with overlapping dates of certain Learning Delivery FAM types (Learning Support Funding (LSF) or Advanced Learner Loans Bursary (ALB)). Each type is treated separately.

(error where there is more than one occurrance of either LearnDelFAMType = (LSF and ALB) and the corresponding 'Date to' ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMDateTo ) of the earlier record is after the corresponding 'Date from' ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMDateFrom ) of the later record).
