Guidance	Ensure that there a programme aim is added with a matching programme type as the component aims to ensure the T level or foundation year is recorded correctly
Description	If a T Level technical qualification has been returned there must be a matching programme aim

Detailed error condition
Detailed description	If a T Level technical qualification has been returned (LARS_LearnAimRefType = 1468), there must be a matching programme aim (error where LearningDelivery.AimType = 5 and LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef and LARS_LearnAimRefType = 1468 and and there is no programme aim (LearningDelivery.AimType = 1)
Exclusions	This rule is not triggered by the Adult T level pilot (LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 384)
