Guidance	Ensure that the ACT date matches the start date of the Programme aim in the ILR for the apprenticeship programme.
Description	If the Apprenticeship contract type is returned, there must be an apprenticeship contract type that applies from the start of the aim

Detailed description	If the Apprenticeship contract type is returned LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMType = ACT), there must be an apprenticeship contract type that applies from the start of the aim (error where there is no record where LearnDelFAMDateFrom = LearnStartDate )
