To ensure that a Learning Delivery HE record is returned, where necessary

Guidance

Ensure that, if the learning aim is Office for Students (OfS) funded and a HESA record is not returned, a Learning Delivery HE record is returned

Description

If the learning aim is Office for Students (OfS) funded, then the Learning Delivery HE record must be returned

Detailed description

If the learning aim is funded ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 25, 35, 38, or 99), is a level 4 or above in the LARS database (LARS_NotionalNVQLevel_v2 = '4', '5', '6', '7', '8' OR 'H' where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef), and delivered by a college or grant funded provider (DD27 = Y) and the UKPRN is a valid lookup on the Office for Students register ( LearningProvider.UKPRN = UKPRN.OfSProviders) then the Learning Delivery HE record must be returned

(error where LearningDelivery.LearningDeliveryHE is unknown)

Exclusions

This rule is not triggered by records generated by HESA ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 352), or by records where LearningProvider.UKPRN = ORG_UKPRNS and LegalOrgType = UHEO
