Guidance

Ensure that, if the 'Level 3 Free Courses for Jobs' learning delivery monitoring code has been returned and the aim is Adult skills funded, and the aim start is on or prior to 31 July 2024, the aim must have LARS category code 45, 46, 49 or 56

Description

For starts on or prior to 31 July 2024 and if the 'Level 3 Free Courses for Jobs' learning delivery monitoring code has been returned and the aim is Adult skills funded, the aim must have LARS category codes 'National Skills Fund Level 3 Adult Offer rate 1', 'National Skills Fund Level 3 Adult Offer rate 2', 'National Skills Funding Level 3 Offer - short qualification or 'Free Courses for Jobs – MCA and GLA only flexible delivery qualifications'

For starts on or prior to 31 July 2024 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate <= 2024-07-31) and if the 'Level 3 Free Courses for Jobs' learning delivery monitoring code has been returned and the aim is Adult skills funded ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35) the aim must have LARS category codes 'National Skills Fund Level 3 Adult Offer rate 1', 'National Skills Fund Level 3 Adult Offer rate 2', 'National Skills Funding Level 3 Offer - short qualification or 'Free Courses for Jobs – MCA and GLA only flexible delivery qualifications'
