Guidance	Ensure that, where the aim start is on or after to 1 August 2024 and the learner is aged 24 or over at the start of the aim and are Adult Skills Fund funded, and for aims that are level 3 and in the entitlement category, and where the Free Courses for Jobs Learning delivery monitoring code has not been returned, the aim is not Adult Skills Fund funded

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	For starts after 31 July 2024 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate > 2024-07-31) and are Adult Skills Fund funded ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 38) for learners aged 24 or over at the start of the learning aim (( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - Learner.DateOfBirth ) >= 24 years), for aims that are level 3 ( LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef and LARS_NotionalNVQLevelv2 = 3) and in the entitlement category (LARS_CategoryRef = 38), and where the Free Courses for Jobs Learning delivery monitoring code has not been returned the aim cannot be Adult Skills Fund funded (error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate > 2024-07-31 and LearningDelivery.FundModel = 38 and LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - Learner.DateOfBirth >= 24 years and LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef and LARS_NotionalNVQLevelv2 = 3 and LARS_CategoryRef = 38 and there is no record of LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 378)
Exclusions	This rule is not triggered for: Restarts ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = RES) Full Funding for learners in devolved areas ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = DAM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 023) Project S Pilot for Adult Skills Fund Providers ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 395)
