For starts on or prior to 31 July 2024 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate <= 2024-07-31) where the Learning delivery monitoring code for Free Courses for Jobs (Level 3 Offer) for Low Wage Learners has been returned on a learning aim, then the Level 3 Free Courses for Jobs Learning delivery monitoring code must be returned on the same learning aim (error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate <= 2024-07-31 and there is a record of LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 382 and there is no record of LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 378 on the same learning aim)
