For starts before 1 August 2021 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate < 2021-08-01) the learning aim validity criteria must be met in Table 1, the learning aim start date must be valid in LARS by looking at the funding validity ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate < LARS_StartDate or > LARS_LastNewStartDate in the LARS_Validity table) for the corresponding Validity category where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef or by looking at the category code where applicable ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate < LARS_EffectiveFrom or > LARS_EffectiveTo in the LARS_LearningDeliveryCategory) for the corresponding LARS_CategoryRef where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef
