To ensure that OLASS or RoTL learners are not funded through Adult skills funding for Security License to Practise learning aims that started after 1 August 2015

Guidance

Ensure that for aims funded by the ESFA adult skills funding methodology, where the learner is either OLASS or RoTL, they are not funded through Adult skills funding for Security License to Practise learning aims

Description

If the learning aim started on or after 1 August 2015 and the aim is funded by the ESFA adult skills funding methodology and the learner is either OLASS or RoTL, then they cannot be funded through the Adult skills funding model for Security License to Practise learning aims

Detailed description

If the learning aim started on or after 1 August 2015 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate => 2015-08-01) and the aim is funded by the ESFA adult skills funding methodology ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35, 81) and the learner is either OLASS or RoTL, ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 034 or 328) then they cannot be funded through the Adult skills funding model for Security License to Practise learning aims (LARS_LearningDeliveryCategory.CategoryRef = 22 (where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef))
