(error where LearningDelivery.FundModel = 11 and LARS_EndDate in the LARS_Validity table <= end of previous teaching year using the record with the latest validity start date from the LARS_Validity table where ( LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef and LARS_ValidityCategory = Tailored_learning))
