(error where LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate >= 2024-08-01 and LearningDelivery.FundModel = 11 and LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate < LARS_StartDate in the LARS Validity table or ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate > LARS_LastNewStartDate in the LARS_Validity table and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFamType = RES does not exist)) where ( LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef and LARS_ValidityCategory = Tailored_Learning)
