Guidance	Ensure that for aims starting on or after 1 August 2021, that are 16-19 non apprenticeship funded and are not Restarts, the start date of the aim not before the validity start date or after the last date for new starts in the Validity table in the LARS database, shown through the FALA service
Description	For new starts on or after 1 August 2021 and is 16-19 non apprenticeship then the learning aim start date must not be before the validity start date or be after the last date for new starts (unless the Restart indicator is present) for the corresponding validity category in the Validity table in the LARS database

Detailed description	For new starts on or after 1 August 2021 and is 16-19 non apprenticeship then the learning aim start date must not be before the validity start date or be after the last date for new starts (unless the restart indicator is present) for the corresponding validity category in the Validity table in the LARS database. (error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2021-08-01 and LearningDelivery.FundModel = 25 or 82 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate < LARS_StartDate in the LARS Validity table or ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate < LARS_StartDate in the LARS Validity table or ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate > LARS_LastNewStartDate in the LARS_Validity table and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFamType = RES does not exist)) where ( LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef and LARS_ValidityCategory = 1619_EFA)
