Guidance

Ensure that, where returned, the Employer identifier is a nine digit number

If returned, the Employer identifier must pass the check sum calculation in validation

If returned, the Employer identifier ( LearningEmploymentStatus.EmpId is known), must pass the check sum calculation in DD05

(error where DD05 <> Character 9 of LearningEmploymentStatus.EmpId and LearningEmploymentStatus.EmpId <> 999999999)
