Guidance	Ensure that, where the learner's Employment status is 'In paid employment', then the Other Employment Type 'Learner has been made redundant' has not been returned
Description	If the Employment status is 'In paid employment', then the Other Employment Type 'Learner has been made redundant' must not be returned

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the Employment status is 'In paid employment' ( LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmpStat = 10), then the Other Employment Type 'Learner has been made redundant' must not be returned (error where EmploymentStatusMonitoring.ESMType = OET and EmploymentStatusMonitoring.ESMCode = 1 for that Employment status record)
