To ensure that, for learners with LDM code 375 returned, who are unemployed, that the learner's Benefit Status Indicator has been returned

Guidance

Ensure that, for learners with LDM code 375 returned (sector based work academies pre-employment training) and the learner is in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance (JSA), Universal Credit or Employment and Support Allowance (all categories), the learner's Benefit Status Indicator has been returned

If 'sector based work academies pre-employment training' learning delivery monitoring code has been returned, and the 'Learner is in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance (JSA)', 'Learner is in receipt of Universal Credit' or 'Learner is in receipt of Employment and Support Allowance (all categories)' Benefit Status Indicator must be returned

If 'sector based work academies pre-employment training' learning delivery monitoring code has been returned, then the 'Learner is in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance (JSA)', 'Learner is in receipt of Universal Credit' or 'Learner is in receipt of Employment and Support Allowance (all categories)' Benefit Status Indicator must be returned
