To ensure that, where the learner is unemployed, that the Employment intensity indicator or Self employed check are not used

Guidance

Ensure that, where the learner's employment status is 'Not in paid employment', that an Employment intensity indicator or Self employed indicator is not returned

Description

If the Date employment status applies is on or after 1 August 2013, and the Employment status is 'Not in paid employment', then an Employment intensity indicator or Self employed indicator must not be returned

Detailed description

If the Date employment status applies is on or after 1 August 2013 ( LearnerEmploymentStatus.DateEmpStatApp => 2013-08-01), and the Employment status is 'not in paid employment' ( LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmpSta = 11 or 12), then an Employment intensity indicator or Self employed indicator must not be returned

(error where EmploymentStatusMonitoring.ESMType = EII or SEI for this Employment status record)
