Guidance	Ensure that, where the learner Employment status is 'Not in paid employment', that the Length of employment has not been returned
Description	If the Employment status is 'Not in paid employment', then the Length of employment must not be returned

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	The Date employment status applies must not be after the 'Valid to' date for this ESMType and ESMCode (error where LearnerEmploymentStatus.DateEmpStatApp > 'Valid to' in ILR_ESMTypeCode)
