Description	If the Employment status is 'Not in paid employment', then the Length of employment must not be returned

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the Employment status is 'Not in paid employment' ( LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmpStat = 11 or 12), then the Length of employment must not be returned (error where EmploymentStatusMonitoring.ESMType e = LOE for this Employment status record)
