Intent

To ensure that, where the learner is unemployed, that the length of unemployment has been returned

Guidance

Ensure that, where the learner's employment status is 'Not in paid employment and looking for work', that the Length of unemployment has been returned

Description

If the date employment status applies is on or after 1 August 2012, and the Employment status is 'Not in paid employment and looking for work', then the Length of unemployment must be returned

Detailed description

If the Date employment status applies is on or after 1 August 2012 ( LearnerEmploymentStatus.DateEmpStatApp => 2012-08-01), and the Employment status is 'Not in paid employment and looking for work' ( LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmpStat = 11), then the Length of unemployment must be returned

(error where EmploymentStatusMonitoring.ESMType <> LOU)
Exclusions

This rule is not triggered for for Employment status records that apply to 16-19 non-apprenticeship funding learning aims or skills bootcamps ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 25, 82 or 37)
