Description	If the Employment status is 'In paid employment', the Length of unemployment must not be returned

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the Employment status is 'In paid employment' ( LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmpStat = 10), then the Length of unemployment must not be returned (error where EmploymentStatusMonitoring.ESMType = LOU for that Employment status record)
