To ensure that, where returned, the Employment status monitoring type and code are valid for starts on or after 1 August 2012

Ensure that, where the date employment status applies is on or after 1 August 2012, and the Employment status is 'In paid employment', an Employment intensity indicator has been returned

Description

If the Date employment status applies is on or after 1 August 2012, and the Employment status is 'In paid employment', an Employment intensity indicator must be returned

Detailed description

If the Date employment status applies is on or after 1 August 2012 ( LearnerEmploymentStatus.DateEmpStatApp => 2012-08-1), and the Employment status is 'In paid employment' ( LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmpStat = 10), an Employment intensity indicator must be returned

(error where there is no Employment status record with a EmploymentStatusMonitoring.ESMType = EII for this LearnerEmploymentStatus.DateEmpStatApp )
