Detailed description	Where the Additional delivery hours have been returned ( LearningDelivery.AddHours is known), they must only be recorded for ESOL qualification or unit aims (error where LARS_BasicSkillsType_Lookup <> 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, or 42 (where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef and LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate => LARS_EffectiveFrom (and =< LARS_EffectiveTo or LARS_EffectiveTo = null))
