Detailed description	If an Apprenticeship has been returned, then Hours Type and Code 'Planned hours for a T Level programme' (HRS 2), 'The size of the Tailored Learning course' (HRS 5), 'Additional Delivery Hours' (HRS 6) must not be returned error where LearningDelivery.FundModel = 36 and there is a record of HRSRecord.HRSType = HRS and HRSRecord.HRSCode = 2, 5 or 6
