Intent

To ensure Hours Codes, 'Planned hours for off the job training of an apprenticeship programme', 'Actual hours for off the job training of an apprenticeship programme' and 'Planned hours for off the job training due to a reduction in prior learning' are only returned for Apprenticeships.

Guidance

Check that Hours Codes 1, 3 or 4 is only recorded for Apprenticeships, check funding model recorded is for Apprenticeships, if it not funding model 36, remove the Codes

Description

If 'Planned hours for off the job training of an apprenticeship programme', 'Actual hours for off the job training of an apprenticeship programme' and 'Planned hours for off the job training due to a reduction in prior learning' have been returned then it must be an Apprenticeship.
