This rule ensures that if the Agreement ID is returned for Growth and Skills short courses

Guidance

If the Learner is studying an Apprenticeship or a Growth short course, then the agreement identifier must be returned

Description

For Growth and Skills short courses provision, an Agreement Identifier must exist that applies on or before the learning start date of the programme aim.

For Growth and Skills short courses provision ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 39), an Agreement Identifier must exist that applies on or before the learning start date of the programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1).

Where LearnerEmploymentStatus.DateEmpStatApp <= LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate of the learning aim

and

LearnerEmploymentStatus.AgreemID has not been returned)
