The Agreement ID can be found in the ‘View employers and manage permissions’ section of the Apprenticeship Service account.

This field should be recorded for all learners who are enrolled on an apprenticeship funded programme where the provider has a relationship with the employer in their apprenticeship account.

This field is returned on the employment status record with the start date of the apprenticeship programme. If the agreement ID changes through the lifetime of the programme a new status record must be added with the changed agreement ID. For example, if the employer changes.

The Agreement ID must belong to the employer in the apprenticeship account funding the learning .
