The UKPRN of the end point assessment organisation, or the EPA organisation ID from the register of EPA organisations in the format EPAXXXX where X is an integer from 0-9

The EPA organisation code can be the assessment organisation UKPRN, or an end point assessment organisation ID from the EPA list on the gov.uk website
