Intent

This rule ensures that the programme structure is recorded correctly and that it has been recorded with a programme aim and associated components

Guidance

Check the ILR data has been recorded correctly and that the rest of the programme is recorded, if the aim is not part of a programme then this must be recorded as aim type 4

Description

If there is a component aim there must be a matching programme aim with the same value of programme type and standard code

Detailed description

A funded component aim (LearningDelivery. AimType = 3) must have a corresponding programme aim with the same combination of Funding model, Programme type and Standard code

(error where there is no programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1) with the same combination of ( LearningDelivery.FundModel ) and ( LearningDelivery.ProgType and LearningDelivery.StdCode )

Exclusions

This is not triggered by non funded component aims (AimType = 3 and FundModel = 99))
