Intent

This rule ensures that the English minimum hours has been returned for an applicable programme

Guidance

If the learner is 16 or over on the 31 August and if the aim is 16-19 funded and if the aim has EFA Funding Condition and and the learner's planned hours are 150 or over, then the English Minimum Hours must be returned to clear this error, unless they have a pass grade for English functional skills

If the learner is 16 or over on the 31 August and if the aim is 16-19 funded and if the aim has EFA Funding Condition with no valid exemptions the English minimum hours must be returned

Detailed description

If the learner is 16 or over on the 31 August and if the aim is 16-19 funded and if the aim has EFA Funding Condition - English qualification validity category (LARS_ValidityCategory = EFAConFundEnglish) or an aim under the King's Trust TEAM programme, the learner does not hold a GCSE English condition of funding exemption ( there is no record of LearnFamType. ECF and Learner.LearnFAMCod e = 1,2,3,4), the learner's highest English GCSE grade is 3,2,1,U,D,E,F,G,X,NONE (Learner.EngGrade = 3,2,1,U,D,E,F,G,X,NONE) and the learner's planned hours are 150 or over, then the Maths Minimum Hours must be returned.
