This rule ensures that the Skills Bootcamp programme is recorded correctly

Guidance

Ensure that the start date of the event learning aim is not before the start date of any associated programme aim

Description

For a Skills Bootcamp learner starting a programme on or after 1 August 2024, the learning start date of the event aim must not be before the earliest start date of any programme aims with the same contract reference number.

For a Skills Bootcamp learner starting a programme on or after 1 August 2024
and on or prior to 31 July 2025 (LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate <= 2025-07-31) , if returned, the learning start date of the event aims must not be before the earliest start date of any programme aims with the same contract reference number.
