Intent	This rule ensures a skills bootcamp is recorded correctly
Guidance	Ensure that a completed skills bootcamp programme aim is recorded with the achievement date or at least one of the Skills Bootcamp event aims are present in the ILR file.
Description	For completed Skills Bootcamp programmes, the Achievement Date must be returned on the latest programme aim or at least one of the Skills Bootcamp event aims must be present in the Learning Delivery record.

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	For completed Skills Bootcamp programmes starting on or prior to 31 July 2025 (LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate <= 2025-07-31) , the Achievement Date must be returned on the latest programme aim or at least one of the Skills Bootcamp event aims must be present in the Learning Delivery record. error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate <= 2025-07-31 LearningDelivery.ProgType = 32 And LearningDelivery.AimType = 1 And LearningDelivery.CompStatus = 2 And LearningDelivery.AchDate for the latest programme aim is not returned or NULL And there is no Learning Delivery record exists where at least one aim is LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = Z0059747, Z0059748, Z0059749
Exclusions	This rule is not triggered by: Completed programme aims where the file preparation date is six months after the Learning Actual End Date (LearningDelivery.AimType = 1 and LearningDelivery.CompStatus = 2 and file preparation date > 6 months after LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate)
