Guidance	Check that T level foundation year programme type has been used when the T level learning aim reference from LARS has been recorded
Description	If the T Level Foundation Year programme type has been returned, then the T Level Foundation Year learning aim class code must be returned in the programme

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the T Level Foundation Year programme type has been returned, then the T Level Foundation Year learning aim class code (ZTPRxxxx) must be returned in the programme (error where LearningDelivery.ProgType = 30 and there is no record of LearningDelivery.AimType = 5 where LearningDelivery.LearningAimRe f = ZTPRxxxx)
