Guidance	If the learning aim has been recorded as Aimtype 4 remove the programme type from the record to clear the error
Description	If the learning aim is not part of a programme, then the Programme type must not be returned

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the learning aim is not part of a programme ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 4), then the Programme type must not be returned (error where LearningDelivery.ProgType is known)
