For starts on or after 1 August 2020, programme aims ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1) ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2020-08-01), Planned hours must be returned for T Level programmes ( LearningDelivery.FundModel 25 and LearningDelivery.ProgType 31) (error where LearningDelivery.PHours is unknown)
