Intent

To ensure that a valid Outcome and Completion code is used where the learner has completed the learning activities leading to the learning aim

Guidance

Ensure that, where the aim Outcome is 'Learning activities are complete but the outcome is not yet known' (Outcome code = 8), the Completion status must be 'The learner has completed the learning activities leading to the learning aim', the Outcome is 'Achieved' (Completion code = 2)

If the Outcome is 'Learning activities are complete but the outcome is not yet known' then the Completion status must be 'The learner has completed the learning activities leading to the learning aim'

If the Outcome is 'Learning activities are complete but the outcome is not yet known' ( LearningDelivery.Outcome = 8) then the Completion status must be 'The learner has completed the learning activities leading to the learning aim'

Exclusions

This rule is not triggered by apprenticeship standard programmes ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1 and LearningDelivery.FundModel = 36 or 99 and LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25) or skills bootcamps ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 37 and LearningDelivery.ProgType = 32)
