If the Original learning start date is returned and the aim is a component aim and the learning aim is part of a funded apprenticeship framework programme, then the Original learning start date must be between the validity start date and end date in the LARS database for this learning aim. |

If the Original learning start date is returned (LearningDelivery.OrigLearnStartDate is known), and the aim is a component aim (LearningDelivery.AimType = 3) and the learning aim is part of a funded apprenticeship framework programme (DD07 = Y), then the Original learning start date must be between the validity start date and end date in the LARS database for this learning aim |
