The Learning start date of the apprenticeship standard programme must not be after the LastDateStarts date of this apprenticeship standard

Intent

This rule ensures that the Apprenticeship Standard is still available on the learners start date and is not passed the last date for new starts for the standard.

Guidance

Check the Learners start date is recorded correctly in the ILR and check the last date for new starts on the Standard in LARS, if the standard is no longer available an alternative will need to be selected as the learner would not be able to start unless they are returning from a break in learning. If the learner is returning from a break ensure that the restart indicator is recorded on the new learning aims.
