Guidance

Check the LARS validity of the apprenticeship standard to ensure that it is valid on the learners start date and update accordingly.

Description

If the learner is undertaking an apprenticeship standard programme, then the Learning start date of the programme aim must not be before the 'Effective from' date for this Standard in the Standard table in LARS

Detailed description

If the learner is undertaking an apprenticeship standard programme ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25 and LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), then the Learning start date of the programme must not be before the 'Effective from' date for this Standard in the Standard table in LARS

(error where LARS_Standard_EffectiveFrom is known and LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate < LARS_Standard_EffectiveFrom) from the LARS_Standard table where (LARS_Standard = LearningDelivery.StdCode )

Exclusions

This rule is not triggered by restarts (RES)
