This rule ensures that the Apprenticeship standard component aim is valid on the learners start date

Guidance

Check the learning aims and the Apprenticeship standards validity on LARS and update accordingly ensuring that the recorded learning start date is correct.

Description

The start date of the apprenticeship component aim must not be after the effective to date of the apprenticeship standard in LARS

Detailed error condition
Detailed description

If the learner is undertaking an apprenticeship standard programme ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25), then the Learning start date of the component aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 3), must not be after the 'Effective to' date for this Standard in the Standard table in LARS

(error where (LARS_Standard_EffectiveTo <> null and DD18 > LARS_Standard_EffectiveTo) from the LARS_Standard table where (LARS_Standard = LearningDelivery.StdCode )

Exclusions

This rule is not triggered by restarts ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = RES)
